The cube has 6 sides and the numbers written on it- 2, 4, 8,16,thirty two,64.

The Holland rule-

Originally, Chouette was played with a single die .The only choice that gamblers other than the Captain were allowed to produce on their personal was concerning the takes: If the Box had doubled, each gambler within the team could take or drop individually. Nowadays, a multiple-cube Chouette is far more favorite among backgammon gamblers; each gambler about the team has his own cube, and all doubling, dropping, and taking decisions are made independently by all gamblers.
